We had the best time serving Firepot Chai Sodas and Firepot Chai Bourbon Mules over the weekend at Music City Food and Wine Festival . The highlight was when Nashville Food Fan (@nashvillefoodfan) mentioned this Chai Bourbon Mule as the best drink of day 1! Here is that recipe as well as one for the Chai Soda!
2 parts Firepot Chai concentrate
1 part ginger beer
1 part soda water
Stop here for the Chai soda.
Add 1.5 parts bourbon for the Chai Bourbon Mule.
Alternatively, you an make chai ice by freezing chai in ice molds. Then, just add 1 part of Firepot Chai concentrate.
