Made to pair with Kiwi Passionfruit Green Tea Sangria, this simple bruschetta is inspired by the subtropical fruits and fresh flavors found in Kiwi cuisine.
You will need:
some olive oil
about a half cup of fresh goat cheese
green fig and ginger chutney or jam (available from Stonewall Kitchen or make your own)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Brush the bruschetta with olive oil and toast for 5 or so minutes on each side– until browned but still chewy
Spread the cheese on the toast and top with green fig jam
