Simple and familiar, yet exotic and eye catching, this forest berry sweet tea punch with flower ice from my Nordic Mid-Summer Tea Party is a summertime crowd pleaser!
Makes: 10 8 ounce glasses
Time: 10 minutes active (1 hour to cool tea and 4 hours to freeze the flower ice)
Make half of a gallon of Firepot Nomadic Tea’s Southern Sweet Tea by the recipe on the box.
In a punch bowl, combine:
Cooled, steeped tea from above
1/2 cup lemon juice
1.5 cups sugar, sucanat or other sweetener
1/2 cup arctic cloudberry or other forest berry liqueur
Blend together and serve with flower ice…. Just pop pansies, nasturtiums, roses or johnny jump ups in your ice tray with water (or tea!)
