My favorite is a matcha jalapeño mocktail called Calm and Bright. It is perfectly refreshing and flavorful. The Turmeric Chai Milk Punch is a bit decadent and not really low sugar but it is delicious and the freshly pressed turmeric and brown sugar compliment one another well. Evening honey will put you relax and calm you while Juniper and Tonic and Peppermint and Holly are refreshing and digestive. You can toast the new year with Red Flower Fizz!

(featuring House of Peace, an herbal blend with tulsi, chamomile and rose)
Steep 1 sachet of House of Peace and 1 teaspoon of lemon zest in ½ cup boiling water for 5 minutes. Strain lemon peel and remove tea sachet.
Stir 2 teaspoons of manuka honey into the steeped tea. Add 3 teaspoons lemon juice and 3 teaspoons apple juice to the liquid.
Shake over ice and pour into a glass. Garnish with a fresh rose petal.
Juniper and Tonic
(featuring Temple of the Sun a single estate Assam black tea)
Boil ½ cup of water, 1 3 inch stem of rosemary, 3 black peppercorns and 4 juniper berries together in a small saucepan. Remove from heat and allow to steep for 5 minutes.
Return to a boil and then strain the boiling liquid over 1 sachet of Temple of the Sun. Allow to steep for 5 minutes. Remove the tea sachet and bring the liquid to room temperature.
Pour over ice and top with sparkling mineral water or tonic water. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a few cranberries.
Calm and Bright
(featuring Illuminated Mind, a matcha covered sencha with amino acids for calm focus)
Steep 1 sachet of Illuminated Mind and half of a seeded jalapeno pepper in 4 ounces of hot water for 3 minutes.
Remove teabag and add a pinch of sea salt and the juice of half a lime.
Stir and pour over a glass of ice. Top with Topo Chico sparkling water.
Turmeric Chai Milk Punch
(Featuring Soul Revival a turmeric chai)
Steep 1 sachet of Soul Revival in 4 ounces of boiling water for 5 minutes.
Remove tea sachet and dissolve 1 Tablespoon of brown sugar in the tea.
Add 1 Tablespoon of freshly squeezed turmeric juice (press a piece of fresh turmeric using a juicer or blender) and stir.
Serve over ice and top with 2 Tablespoons of milk or cream.
Peppermint and Holly
(featuring Elemental Energy, an energizing blend with yerba mate (a member of the holly family), peppermint, ginger and green tea)
Steep 1 sachet of Illuminated Mind in 4 ounces of boiling water for 4 minutes.
In a highball glass, muddle 10 fresh mint leaves wtih 2 teaspoons brown or turbinado sugar. Pour the steeped tea on top of the mint leaves and stir.
Add the juice of half a lime and then, fill the glass with ice.
Red Flower Fizz
(Featuring Cult of Flowers a caffeine-free hibiscus schizandra berry blend)
Steep 1 sachet of Cult of Flowers and a 3 inch piece of a vanilla bean in 4 ounces of boiling water for 5 minutes.
Remove tea sachet and dissolve 2 teaspoons of honey in the tea. Pour into a champagne flute and top with sparkling grapefruit flavored water.
